Karl Hanley, MA, RP(Q) works with individuals, couples and families aged 16+
Karl specializes in:

Life transitions, confidence, and self-esteem
School, work, and home-life stressors
Karl has also worked with clients experiencing Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality. Karl is a certified Solution Focused (SFBT) Therapist and trained in Gottman Couples Therapy.

Jessica Jennings
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Jessica Jennings, MA, RP(Q) works with individuals aged 18+ through an integrative and collaborative lens, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.
She specializes in supporting clients navigating:
ADHD, including late diagnosis and neurodivergent support for Autism and learning differences
Anxiety, emotional regulation, and stress management
Life transitions and identity exploration
Self-esteem and perfectionism
LGBTQ2S+ affirming care and creating identity-safe spaces
Jessica also incorporates geek therapy, using games, fandoms, and fantasy worlds as creative therapeutic tools — helping clients externalize struggles and approach growth in safe, relatable, and engaging ways. Her strength-based and inclusive approach fosters resilience, self-understanding, and practical strategies clients can apply in everyday life.

Julia also offers dream analysis therapy, helping clients explore the meaning and emotional impact of dreams and nightmares. She supports those struggling with frequent or distressing nightmares, using approaches like cognitive behavioural therapy for nightmares (CBT-N) to improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall well-being.

Enzo is a wonderfully playful little pup, offers super excited warm engaging hugs and kisses to greet you and then will snuggle with you or just sit in the room with us.
Enzo is most often found with Karl and loves to be part of our sessions together.
Enzo is an 18-month old mini GoldenDoodle, he is hypoallergenic, he does not shed and is super excited to meet you
